Vicki joined our hospital in August 2019 all the way from California. She has been in the veterinary field since 2001, and is currently pursuing her Veterinary Technician degree through Penn Foster. She enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine, but she has a real soft spot for the senior pets.
Vicki has a menagerie of pets, including cats, dogs, horses, lizards, and snakes. In her free time, she enjoys going to concerts, horseback riding, reading, and spending time in nature.
Licensed Veterinary Technician
Kelsie graduated from Vermont Technical College with her associate’s degree in Veterinary Technology in 2013 and became licensed shortly after graduation. Kelsie has always been a dog person and enjoys the growth and challenges that veterinary medicine provides. Prior to coming to Brunswick Veterinary Hospital, Kelsie worked for several years as an emergency and critical care technician.
When not working Kelsie can be found kayaking, painting, or with her fur kids. She has three dogs, and 2 cats, all of which are rescues. JJ, an English Setter, Teddy, a Lhasa apso mix, Jack, a terrier mix, Linus (aka linusaurus), and Tucker. She has a soft spot for furry animals in need!
Chris is our Veterinary Assistant and has been with BVH for 4 years.
Stefani came to us by way of Oregon and Ireland, where she worked in a busy veterinary clinic and found her passion. She is currently working towards her veterinary technician license with Penn Foster University. She is very excited to be a part of our team and enjoys working with both pets and their owners.
When not in the hospital, you can find her with her four children and husband, and usually with their dog, Tadgh, in tow!
Kalee graduated from Cohoes High School in 2014 and has been a resident of the Capital District for her entire life. Kalee started out as the nanny for Dr. LaMora’s son. However, she quickly discovered that she really enjoyed helping out with anything and everything in the hospital, whether it be reception, cleaning, or keeping pets company in the back. Kalee also really enjoys meeting your furry family members and getting to know our clients. In her free time, Kalee enjoys spending her free time with her newborn son!
Abby is a pre-vet student at the College of St. Rose. She studies a wide range of science courses that will prepare her for an education in veterinary medicine. Her goal is to one day earn her DVM degree. She has worked with all different types of animals in the past including horses, llamas, dairy cows, dogs and cats. Abby has a passion for working in the veterinary field and is excited to pursue it as a career in the future.
In her free time, you can find Abby reading a book by the pool, swimming in the lake, or on the golf course with her friends.
Cooper and Amber
Client Relations Specialists
Cooper and Amber are our resident office cats. Cooper came to us via Dr. LaMora, who found him at 8 weeks old nesting in her chicken coop at home (the chickens were NOT appreciative!). He can be found hanging out at the front desk greeting clients, eating, or lounging around in his pet bed next to Dr. LaMora’s computer.
Amber came from a local rescue group to keep Cooper company. She can usually be found in Dr. Quirk’s lap while the doctor is working on the computer.
Client Relations Specialists
Jackie joined BVH this past September ’20 after working in the catering industry for many years, in addition to the human medicine field most recently.
Born and raised right here in the capital region, Jackie has decided to follow her lifelong dream of working in veterinary medicine. Currently, she is pursuing her
Veterinary Technology degree through Penn Foster College. Since starting, Jackie has had an incredibly rewarding experience and is very grateful for her venture thus far. She loves creating positive client/patient relationships and is excited to grow with such a compassionate and knowledgeable team as she completes her education.
In Jackie’s spare time she enjoys crafting, trail riding, and relaxing with her cat, dogs, and bunnies.
