Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and their pets warmly and professionally
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and courteously
- Schedule and confirm appointments, surgeries, and follow-ups
- Manage patient records and ensure accurate data entry
- Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and maintain financial records
- Assist clients with questions regarding services, treatments, and products
- Communicate effectively with veterinary staff to coordinate patient care
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration or customer service is a plus
- Previous experience in a veterinary or medical office setting preferred
