Payment for services is expected upon completion of each visit.
We accept cash, checks, debit cards, and all major credit cards. Financing is also available through CareCredit (application and fees apply).
If valid payment is not made (i.e. no payment, bad check, etc), any further appointments must be paid for with cash or money order. No house calls will be made until previous charges have been paid in full plus applicable accrued interest and penalties.
If collection efforts are required a collection fee of $35 (minimum) will be added to the total amount due.
A $35 fee will be added to all checks returned for insufficient funds and payment will be required in the form of cash or money order.
Collection of funds will be pursued (with appropriate fees) on any balances 30 days past due.
